Service Enquiry Form

To make it easier for me to give you an accurate quote for service and other work, the form below contains various questions about what you have, what you want and what has been done to it before.

For example, with BMW models the service schedule is generated from the VIN, and may have been updated from the service schedule that appears in the Warranty and Maintenance booklet supplied with the motorcycle.  BMW also specify km based servicing and time based servicing, with the schedules for each not containing all the required service work.

Of course, any service schedule can be modified to suit your requirements.

If you have any specific problems please outline them also.  Often people assume that a service will fix an issue without any other work being carried out.  However, in my experience this is not usually the case.

If you would like tyres, brake pads or chain and sprockets, etc please specify preferred sizes, brands and styles as required.

We use the Shell Advance range of oils and stock, in order of price, SX4 20W50 (mineral), VSX4 15W50 (synthetic), Ultra 10W40 (full synthetic) and Helix Racing 10W60 (full synthetic) engine oils.  Ducati recommend Ultra in their bikes, and as a general rule we use the slightly thicker VSX4 in the Aprilia, BMW and Moto Guzzi twins.  We also recommend synthetic oil in the BMW and Moto Guzzi gear boxes.  Feel free to ask if you are unsure about which oil you should be running.
